All fares, availability, policies and refund rules are set solely by airlines. Final decisions are made by airlines under their terms and applicable US law. A base service fee of $50 USD applies per case; additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the case and the assistance required — all fees are disclosed before any action is taken.
